Sunday, February 23rd 2020: VidCon Abu Dhabi, organised by ViacomCBS in partnership with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), has announced YouTube superstar Noor Stars as the latest name to join its unrivalled line-up of online video creators for its Abu Dhabi 2020 event.

Commenting on her appearance at VidCon Abu Dhabi, Noor Stars said: “I am so excited to be part of the first ever VidCon taking place in Abu Dhabi! It is fantastic to see VidCon coming to the Middle East for the first time, since it’s an incredibly exciting time for online video and social media platforms here. It’s going to be great, and I can’t wait to meet you all in Abu Dhabi!”

YouTube phenomenon Noor Stars has earned a massive following with her mix of beauty videos, comedy skits, vlogs and more. She kicked off her YouTube career in 2014 with her first vlog “What’s in my iPhone”: since then, she has made great impact on the social media platform, reaching more than 14 million subscribers on YouTube, where she attracts a global audience thanks to her unique and entertaining video content.

In addition to Noor Stars, VidCon Abu Dhabi announced a host of other international and local Featured Creators, headlined by the Merrell Twins. With a billion views across their platforms, these twin sisters are famous for their YouTube channel and appearances on TV shows and movies such as Jane The Virgin, MTV’s Faking It and Like A Boss.

Leading beauty and lifestyle content creator Rclbeauty1010 has also been confirmed for the Abu Dhabi convention, as well as Canadian comedy duo YouTwoTV, Lloyd Cadena, who was the face behind thousands of internet memes, YouTube sensation T1GGEER, Bahraini social media star Kaj, entertainment content creator Topz and social media talent Sh5baar, who gained fame thanks to his famous YouTube series “Non-Arabs React to Arabic Food”.

These additions join an exciting line-up of featured creators at VidCon Abu Dhabi including Laila Mourad, Chad Wild Clay and Vy Qwaint, Gabbie Hanna, Kurt Hugo Schneider, Ahmed Hassan, Omar Farooq, Sam Tsui, Alex Wassabi, Rawan and Rayan, Brent Rivera, Matt Steffanina, Ranz & Niana, Naz, Michelle Dy, Lexi Rivera, Ben Azelart, Wil Dasovich, and Iknani.

VidCon also unveiled additional Industry Track’s speakers and sessions, with top international speakers including the Vice President of Content at Kin Gwen Miller, host of Content Marketing Tips Salma Jafri, the CEO of Fame by Sheeraz Sheeraz Hasan, Founder & CEO of Alfan Mohammad Fattal, Founder & CEO of SuperBam Inc. Rian Bosak, President of Jumpwire Media Gavin McGarry, and Josh Zimmerman, Founder of Creator Couch. The Industry Track, running from March 25 to 26, will include panels and sessions providing unparalleled access to strategies, secrets, tips, and insights about adapting and thriving during in this transformative digital era.
